I started working out with Pablo 7 years ago. At first I was attending his group classes. Always full of energy and passion. He was always there to motivate and challenge me. After 2 years in his group classes, I started personal training with him, which gave me a different perspective of what we call a fit and healthy lifestyle. Through the sessions we had, I noticed that I was only getting stronger and more powerful, physically (which was the primary goal) but also mentally. He taught me how to properly do strength training but also nurture my body to support my main sport, running. He combines both motivation and intensity. He is pushing me through my limits but yet leaves me feeling uplifted and empowered rather than drained after each session!
